Remark	In order to make the connectors work well, the compression limit for the height direction of the connectors must be between 8.0%~15%, and the best compression value is 10%, and the suitable touch pressure is bigger than 20g / mm×length.

Remark: If we have confirmed the height, length, width and pitch of the conductive rubber, but the LCD display is still dark, it means that the resistance is too high, and we need to add the width of conductor to improve.

Features

Conductive silicone rubber connector is a conductive component, which is made of methyl vinyl silicone rubber as rubber material, adding conductive fillers and other compounding agents. Use it to connect the LCD screen and the printed circuit, so that the pulse signal is transmitted from the circuit board to the LCD screen through the rubber connector, thereby displaying numbers and various symbols. Circuits connected using conductive silicone rubber connectors have the following significant advantages:

Main categories

■ 1. YDP-single-sided foam strip, one side is sponge foam insulation, and three sides have conductive function.

■ 2. YL-zebra strip is the most common and commonly used type of conductive strip. It has the function of conducting electricity on all sides.

■ 3. YP-double-sided foam strip is also the most common type of conductive strip. There are foam sponges on both sides of the strip, which has good insulation properties.

■ 4. YS-transparent sandwich strip. The dark gray transparent silicone on both sides has an insulating function and is relatively harder than other types of strips.

■ 5. YI-printed type, this type of conductive tape is characterized by coating a layer of insulating material on the surface of the conductive layer, which will not cause a short circuit with the metal shell when used. When the strip thickness is required to be thin, the maximum conductive layer thickness can be guaranteed.
